Changes to People Finder Will Reduce Spam

This week, the Information Technology Unit will implement changes to People Finder, Mason’s faculty, staff and student directory.
- Once the changes are made, e-mail address information will only be displayed when the page is accessed on campus.
- Off-campus users will be able to e-mail individuals by filling out a web contact form.
- Off-campus users will also be able to restore their ability to see e-mail addresses listed and have full access by logging in with their Patriot Pass credentials.
These changes will make it more difficult for spammers to use People Finder to fill your e-mail boxes.
