All faculty, staff, and students are invited to complete a user satisfaction survey conducted by the University Libraries. The survey is designed to gather information about users’ experiences with and perceptions of the various collections, services, and programs offered by the Arlington Campus Library, Fenwick Library, Johnson Center Library, and Prince William Campus Library.
This is the first step in the libraries’ effort to systematically gather information to improve programs and services. This fall, University Libraries plans to conduct focus groups to gather more detailed information about how users perceive current library services and to gauge their interest in new services.
Those who fill out the survey are eligible for prizes, including tickets to the Center for the Arts, gift certificates for Dining Services, and passes and memberships for the aquatic centers on the Prince William and Fairfax Campuses. The survey is available online through March 31.
