Counseling Center Seeks Student Advisory Members

Students are encouraged to apply to be a member of the new Counseling Center student advisory group. In this position, students will advise the center director and staff about students’ academic and social adjustment needs, provide a periodic review of center services to help ensure their quality and relevance to George Mason students, and help make Counseling Center programs more accessible to diverse campus populations.
Requirements for the position are a good academic standing, willingness to attend two regular meetings per semester and devote time to special projects, and the ability to commit for at least two semesters (through the fall of 2000 if you start this spring).
