For the fifth year, Mason honored all Mason community veterans — students, faculty and staff members — at a Veterans Day luncheon on Nov. 11.

Lt. Gen. (retired) Claude M. “Mick” Kicklighter was the guest speaker. Kicklighter is currently director of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Program in the School of Law.

Mason-affiliated active duty military and retired veterans who died during the past year were remembered, there was a moment of silence and Taps was played.

Below are the names of the deceased, their branch of service and their Mason affiliation.
