University Life and Student Activities will present Emmy Award-winning comedian Wayne Brady at the Patriot Center on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 8 p.m., during Family Weekend.

Brady is a multifaceted entertainer who has appeared on television, in film and on the stage. Currently the host of Fox’s “Don’t Forget the Lyrics,” Brady has also demonstrated his improvisational creativity as a performer on ABC’s “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”

Best known for his comedic abilities, Brady revealed a different side of himself in 2008 with the release of his debut album, “A Long Time Coming.” The album received critical acclaim, and Brady’s cover of “A Change Is Gonna Come” earned a Grammy nomination.

Brady’s high-energy live shows combine improvisational comedy and song and dance tributes to his biggest inspirations.
