Memorial Tree for Leo Rigsby to Be Dedicated

The College of Education and Human Development, Initiatives in Educational Transformation (IET), students and colleagues will plant a tree honoring the memory of faculty member Leo Rigsby, who died in February at the age of 70.

Rigsby was associate professor of educational transformation, faculty member and former director of the IET program.

A Japanese Snowbell tree will be planted in the courtyard behind Bull Run Hall on the Prince William Campus on Saturday, May 9, at 3:30 p.m.

The dedication will be followed by a reception in the Bull Run Hall Atrium.
