Pride Week is celebrated at Mason during the week of Monday, March 30, through Saturday, April 4.

The week supports the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) community at Mason.

It also informs and unites others on issues that surround the queer community.

All events are free and take place on the Fairfax Campus.

Other highlights of the week include “Queer Activism: Past, Present and Future” on Wednesday, April 1, at 4 p.m. in the Johnson Center Dewberry Hall; the Pride Week Carnival on Thursday, April 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Johnson Center North Plaza; and the Drag Show and After Drag Show Dance Party, beginning at 9 p.m. in the Johnson Center Atrium on Friday, April 3.
