Jan. 24—Lori Petterson, Public and International Affairs, presented “Fund Raising – Beyond the Gift Wrap Trap” to the Capitol District Kiwanis Club in Fairfax, Va.
Feb. 5—David Anderson, Center for the Advancement of Public Health, presented “Legacy of Life, Promoting Healthy Futures” to the Northern Virginia Community College in Springfield, Va.
Feb. 8—Tom Hennessey, University Chief of Staff, presented “Growing a Great University” at the Fairfax Museum and Visitors Center in Fairfax, Va.
Feb. 11—Yehuda Lukacs, Center for Global Education, gave a talk on “Arab–Israeli Relations” at the Shepard’s Center of Annandale–Springfield in Annandale, Va.
Feb. 18—Molly Grove, Prince William Administration Campus Relations, spoke to the Manassas Rotary Club on “Development of George Mason’s Prince William Campus” in Manassas, Va.
Feb. 23—Frank Manheim, School of Public Policy, spoke at the Arlington Learning in Retirement Institute in Arlington, Va., on “Renewable Energy Policy.”
Feb. 24—Tim Conlan, Public and International Affairs, spoke to the Rosslyn–Fort Myer Rotary Club in Arlington, Va., on “American Federalism Devolution.”
Feb. 26—Fred Schack, College of Education and Human Development, spoke at the Paul Spring Retirement Community in Alexandria, Va., on “Exercise and Chronic Disease.”
