Season tickets for Mason basketball are on sale now for the 2008-09 season.
George Mason University has partnered with Ticketmaster to bring its season ticket holders the latest in online ticketing technology.
Fans will now be able to manage their season ticket account online with My Mason Nation Account. Among the features available with a My Mason Nation Account:
- Forward your tickets to friends via e-mail
- Post your tickets for sale
- Make payments online
- Update your account profile
An account ID or e-mail address and a PIN are needed to access accounts. Current season ticket holders should have received their account information in the mail. New season ticket holders will receive their necessary account information from the ticket office after making an initial deposit.
The cost of 2008-09 men’s basketball season tickets will be based on the number of home games at the Patriot Center. An initial payment of $50 per seat for 2008-09 season tickets is due by Aug 1. Season ticket holders who made a three-year commitment last year do not need to place a deposit at this time. Once the schedule is finalized, all patrons will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of their season tickets.
Mason is currently accepting $50 deposits on new season ticket accounts. Deposits can be made by calling the Mason Athletic Ticket Office at 703-993-3270.
Mason set a school record in 2007-08 by attracting more than 90,000 fans to its men’s basketball games. The Patriots finished with a 23-11 record and earned a trip to the NCAA Tournament after winning the CAA Tournament.
