The fall 2007 semester will see the MS Office 2007 suite loaded in the university’s academic labs, classrooms and some of the department labs.
To help Mason faculty, students and staff with the integration of the new version, DoIT will be providing a web site that will include FAQs and quick guides. Also, the following free workshops will debut during BYTE (Build Your Technology and Teaching Expertise) week, Aug. 20-24: New Features of MS Office 2007 and Upgrading from 2003 to 2007.
The 2007 Microsoft Office suite will provide powerful new features, new tools and a new user interface. The look and feel will also be different. Plan on making time in August to check out the new MS Office web site or take workshops. More information will be available soon.
