Outdoor Education and Leadership class

The Outdoor Education and Leadership class taught by Health, Recreation and Tourism professor Laurie Harmon launched a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) in the Prince William Campus pond last week. The ROV is used to observe plant and animal life in the water during daylight or evening hours. The demonstration showed how the ROV can be used as a tool to engage people with the natural environment.
